Sunday

Another beautiful morning with the RNLI Lizard Lifeboat heading back to base after having been out on a shout to a broken down Irish yacht which they towed to Newlyn
The Fisheries Protection vessel St Piran with Arklow Muse behind and Scillonian III in the distance on a lovely stripey sea
Up and over the hill to Trenow - looking over the old cattle fields

 Beautiful calm water today
The green fields are the ones that are for sale - possibly too steep for almost any use
We then walked down to Trenow Cove
 Low tide
The leat from old mine workings flowing down onto the beach - not much water at the moment
Unfortunately there is always lots of old seaweed down there and Wooster and Tilly like to eat it - so off we went !

 Back up the slope
Where I found my first Wild Carrot
The track that leads to the Quarry and the land and buildings that are For Sale
 Such a handsome chap
One of the girls having a lovely dust bath
Goodbye to Navigator Copernico - left for Antwerp
Coastguard 924 flying round the bay today
Light changing a bit this afternoon
A little breeze on the water by afternoon walkies
The mist that was going to appear in the bay later just appearing over the moors.

 Nice evening on the beach
My little £4.99 Lidl Hydrangea looking better each year
Platform Seajacks Hydra passing Mount's Bay on its way to Holyhead
The mist rolling over the bay
The setting sun through the mist
We'd been seeing the band of mist for two days - it flowed down from the North and engulfed St Ives to Sennen first. Both St Ives lifeboats were called out to assist a speedboat that was lost in the fog - came in so fast !

Some photos I took last night of the moonlight on the water and the bright ships
