Friday

A little more cloud, but still a fine morning
The boys started early and this field was almost planted by the time I noticed them
Often get a fleeting sighting of the local Wren, but this morning there it was on the wall along with a juvenile

 Scillonian III leaving for Scilly
Wooster's friend sitting on a shed roof
I walked over the top to Trenow

 Busy on the balconies
 and in the garden
Quite a lot of cloud, but rather strangely we seemed to have the sun for most of the day

Very low tide again
 Little Egret
Trinity House Vessel Patricia arriving in the bay past Arklow Rock
 Lovely big beach again

 HM Coastguard passing by

 Still planting later this afternoon
 Nice lighting on the garden
Wooster feeling a bit fed up as he wasn't allowed to help Jim as he cut down a self seeded Buddlea
 Tilly relaxing
Another of the Navigator group of LPG tankers to come for a stay while awaiting orders - this is Navigator Ceto
Amazing how quickly a bonfire grows
Just a quick walk up the hill this afternoon - with just a few drops of rain
 Yet another Wild Carrot
 Nice yacht heading for Penzance/Newlyn

Young Common Buzzard getting a bit too close to a gull family

Think you can just see part of the red sun behind the trees to the right

    1. Sadly they don't allow dogs - even on a lead, so No, never been - or to th Castle either. We usually walk over to the harbour and have a wander each year - far too busy at the moment

    1. So pleased you enjoyed it - I thought they did a super job and it's been a great success - huge crowds everywhere it's been. Think it has finished tonight. Sue
