We walked up onto The Island and looking back to Porthgwidden could see that it had also got a sand cliff after the storm
Up at the top - moments later Tilly set off in the wrong direction and was heading down a steep path - we got her back, but think we need to either keep a much closer eye on her or keep her on a lead when she's in unfamiliar places
Looking down to Porthmeor
Hawk overhead
Wooster enjoyed being off the lead for a while
By the time we were walking back round the harbour the tide was racing in
Spotted a dog walker clambering up the sand cliff - been there before, it's not easy
The light was changing as the sun got lower in the sky behind us
We watched these birds obviously on a shoal of fish and looking at the photo I was also amazed by the hills of The Towans behind them
Water was beginning to fill the harbour as we started the long walk up the hill and back to Carbis Bay
Don't remember it being this steep years ago
A  look ahead at the building work behind Carbis Bay
Looking over to The Hayle River & Hayle Towans
Home again with some cloud in the distance
Sun too bright for a good photo
Then spotted it was going - and if there was a sunset I sadly missed it collapsed in the chair

Wow ! not surprised you collapsed in the chair ! super photo's what a changing landscape.Very frosty here again this morning, the grass was white all day yesterday in the shade. Thanks Sue.macca.
