DeleteHi Sue,always wanted to see Scillonian enter dry dock. Did see the Gry go in once about 5am when Chris was young.
ReplyDeleteWell done, great images. Hope you catch up on your sleep tonight. Jane.
Hi Jane, I was thrilled to see it at long last - one of the chaps that works there let me know on facebook when the Mali Rose was coming out and was then told by someone from the IOSSCo when SCIII was going in. Just had to decide whether to make the effort or not. Would have been wonderful in daylight, but was pleased the photos and videos came out OK. Notice that they don't seem to have SCIII's schedule online yet - wonder if they're worried she won't be ready in time. Mali Rose is such a disaster and had to come out with no engines, which made it very tricky - Will be interesting to see how long it is before she's out at sea for trials. Sue
