Tuesday

Rain until around 3pm so Jim came up the hill - Long line of low cloud was rolling across the far side of the bay

A piece rolling past Mousehole
Was quite a sight

Jim suddenly noticed the light changing
It really was this colour
Quite a stunning sight

In the meantime I had popped down to Tesco and as I drove up the Marazion by-pass in a line of cars behind a tractor my rear view mirror turned pinkish red - but I couldn't get past.  I missed the best of it, but I drove down to Mount Haven Hotel and took a few
The water in front of The Mount was really pink

Really strange end to such a nasty day. Tomorrow is the lull before the storm - or storms !

  1. What beautiful images. The clouds rolling across Mounts Bay must have been quite a sight.
Then to top it off with that gorgeous mauvy-pink of clouds and sea to end the day. Outstanding photos!

  2. Going through a weird period of weather at the moment - series of storms racing across the Atlantic towards us - can be spectacular ! Hope they're not as bad as some have been forecasting. Sue
