Sunday

Nice fine day today - although there were a couple of light showers this morning
Jim walked the dogs and I went up to Oamaru to get all the furniture out of Coromandel Cottage (next door) where it had been stored -after a bit of a struggle to open the door
HM Coastguard came overhead as we were carrying the furniture back to Oamaru

Jim took some photos of the surf from the balcony
Waves were all blown out on the North Coast, so as word got out that the waves were good the village started to fill up

By the time I drove back into the village cars were parked right up the lane as well as throughout the village
Early walkies this afternoon in the nice sunshine
Wooster and Tilly met lots of friends

Wooster was really thrilled to meet Murphy
Who was in full camouflage gear
They really get on well
Lots of surfers still there

Super moon again

Still so much sand in the water it makes the waves look yellow

Little Fern saying Hello in her usual way
Wooster jumping "Beechers Brook"
Fern chasing something blowing in the wind
Amazing how the beach can change so much after a storm
Sun setting into some thin high cloud
