Thursday

It was difficult to see if the rain out to the West was coming our way, so off up the hill went the dogs
Looking rather grim out to the West

This field is usually just grass, but the dratted Alexanders are taking over
I popped up to Oamaru to check all was OK and the sun came out - sadly the light was so weird it doesn't show

Popped down to take a look at the beach
The chanel along the back of the beach is back again
Not many people around today

alp Centre still out in the bay
But later on we noticed that it had come closer then,
turned and slowly made her way across the bay heading for Falmouth Bay - wonder if we'll see it again
Afternoon walkies and the light was still slightly odd and very dark out to the West

Quite a lot of sand in amongst the pebbles down on Boat Cove
The Western side of Maen-dhu Point looking like it's covered in snow
Out on the point the Spring Squills are starting to appear
Waves were really noisy
