Sunday

Out on the horizon Multratug 3 was towing Svanen - this odd looking Inland Service Vessel/police patrol on it's way to the Walney Offshore Windfarm
The Penlee Lifeboat went close on their morning engine/training run - photo by Chris Yacoubian
New vessel at anchor off Mousehole General Cargo Barizo
Only one more week for the dogs to enjoy the beach, so as it was a lovely morning off we went

Wooster was really enjoying himself

Then Wooster was allowed to play with these two and their ball

Oops they both forgot to pick it up - so Wooster did
Great fun

As we walked up the slipway I noticed that the Hottentots had burst into flower
Afternoon walkies and there were the Labrador girls
A little grey cloud had appeared
We walked up to Trebarvah and then down onto the coastal footpath
A few Early Purple Orchids have appeared in the glade by the path

Not very big this year - possibly due to the really dry Spring

Looks like a boat in the sky

  1. Have been waiting patiently for your photos of the orchids, Thankyou. Really enjoying this lovely weather, getting loads of gardening done. No doubt Wooster & Tilly will be making the most of their last few days playing on the beach. Thanks once again for all the beautiful photos

    1. Thought of you when we saw the Orchids - no sign at all a couple of weeks ago - no cattle in the field at the moment so they won't get trampled ! Might manage to get the dogs onto the beach before May 1st - won't do it while the weather is cold as the forecasters predict. Sue
