Thursday

ALP Centre testing her amazing fire hoses
General cargo vessel Beautriumph that arrived in the bay overnight
Turning around
Great sight
Spotted this super little chap
Just a chick - know Wrens are nesting really close to the front door
Sorry about the ugly bird feeder, but have to fasten everything on with wire or tape or naughty Mr Crow takes the whole thing
Quick walkies for dogs as Wooster has a slight limp
re-seeding or fertilising the top field

Still some late Cauliflowers to cut
I went up to Trebarvah to cut some of the plants growing around the edge of the farmyard as they block the view from Oamaru
Was lovely and warm up there
Afternoon walkies
Fast cat Iceni Spirit on her way to stop off in Newlyn - making for the wind farms up North
Really calm today

Met Belgian Shepherds Laka and Chaos
Lovely big beach
Not speaking !
Mr & Mrs Crow are building a nest right in front of us - not sure it will withstand a big gale
Lovely to see a Lugger crossing the bay - possibly Barnabus

The proposed way to solve the parking problems - pity - I had assumed that after all this time there would be other options - Thanks Cornwall Council

  2. Hi Sue and Jim,
Beautiful day! Glad you are cutting back the bushes. They will have put on a lot of growth as the weather has warmed. Love the bunnies:)
Where are the summer crowds going to park? Do you pay to park at the car park and overflow? Hope you don't have cars up as far as your place!
Lovely pics. thanks. Hope Wooster is improving.

    1. Hi Betty,The visitors will either have to pay the £4.00 per day (if they're lucky they will do 2 hours for £2.00 - but not in high season) Sad thing would be if they all just drive away - although there is very little free or cheap parking these days. I suspect that as usual nothing will get done at all and we'll have to continue to struggle to get in and out of the village on fine days in the main season. No sign of a limp today thanks. Sue
