Lovely little 87metre cruise ship Serenissima crossing the bay to anchor off Penzance/Newlyn such a pity they came today as rain was expected
Not a clear morning, but the rain hadn't arrived yet
I took the dogs out -just going up the hill as the drizzle was rather on and off
Rather a hazy Mount today
Happy sounding Bee on one of the Echiums
Still drizzling a bit as Jim took the dogs for another quick walkies whilst I had a swim
As you can see the day didn't improve much
The day ending as it had begun - with Serenissima crossing the bay making for Guernsey
Never fancied a cruise, think that one looks lovely...not built like a skyscraper ! Have had to fill the pond up,so dry everywhere ground is like cement ! Beautiful Echium, lovely colour blue. Thanks Sue.macca.
ReplyDeleteEven though we've had some rain the ground is still hard and cracked - more rain this afternoon and more during the week. My sister has been on a couple of cruises - preferred the one on Boudicca which is quite small. She should have just arrived back from a trip down the Bay of Biscay to Santander from Plymouth - good trip down, but I suspect not back !
DeleteThe Echiums are so many different colours - blue, purple and of course the pink ones, Getting really knocked about by the wind again today. Sue
