  1. Your lawn and garden look lovely. I love the perfume of honeysuckle and even the potato flowers look pretty.
Hope you are well. Thanks for all of the beautiful photos of Scilly Isles.

    1. Sadly the really pretty Honeysuckles don't have much of a scent. The garden is looking better now that it has rained and the lawn doesn't get as parched as the one at Oamaru as the trees keep some of the sun off. Our neighbours up at Trebarvah now own the one across the garden which is the other half of theirs- which was looking rather sad and neglected. Not any more - https://www.aspects-holidays.co.uk/cornwall/west-cornwall/perranuthnoe/p/tairua Might have to copy & paste the link. They've done really well and it's looking lovely now ! Sue

    1. Lawn looks better from a distance - 2 dogs and a naughty Tilly who loves to scratch - Jim decided to mow it with the new mulcher then used the ordinary one twice - side to side then length-ways - such a pity that it's won't look good for long as the rain will really get it growing again. Odly our Hydrangeas are having a better year - even the ones at the front which I have been despairing of as they have had 2 or 3 bad years. Will take some photos. Fog & mist again this morning and it's not looking good for the rest of the week as it looks like it's going to lurk around on most days. Not flying to Scilly at the moment (again) Sue
