Saturday

So good to wake up to blue sky and sunshine again
Bulk carrier Belmeken had arrived in the bay from Spain overnight
I went up to Oamaru Barn to mow the lawns & clean the windows
Jim was on walkies duty

Cloud was starting to rise from the West
Boat Cove

Gry Maritha arriving back in Mount's Bay

The line of cloud wasn't looking good
Scillonian III arriving back from her first trip to Scilly today - there was to be a quick turnaround and back to Scilly due to the cancellation of Fridays sailing
Took the mower round to neighbouring Tairua and gave the lawns a quick mow as they're really going to grow after all the rain
Looking good now - just needs some holiday-makers
Scillonian III setting out again
As we walked up the hill this afternoon I spotted this Wild Carrot - not many around here
Amazing how quickly this little field has grown since it was cut
Walking down the track that leads to the beach
Getting very overgrown after all the rain has made all the greenery fall over the track
Nice view from up there, but sadly as we walked home it started to drizzle
