I went shopping to M&S and Next and came back with nothing - must be a first for me. On my way home I popped up to Trebarvah and the sun came out for a few minutes

The bright spots never came anywhere near us

Quite close in to Maen-dhu Point was this Cormorant that had caught some dinner but just couldn't get it down its throat
He kept turning it and trying again, but was still struggling as we left - info seems to think it's a type of Gurnard
Nice patch of sunlight on Cudden Point
