Wednesday

Already some big showers around early this morning
It may have been darn cold, but at least there isn't any mud down there
Jim took the dogs for a quick run before he had his breakfast
Tilly made the decision to turn right and shorten the walk - Jim didn't object as it was extremely cold in the bitter wind
A little blue sky with the shower cloud arriving from the right
Home she went - always quicker downhill
One of the two Cement Carriers that are sheltering in the bay
A nice fine period this afternoon - taken from the front door of Oamaru Barn - still bitterly cold
I went home and was just about to walk the dogs when this crossed in front of us
Dramatic !
Noticed that we have a broken branch in the cedar tree
Navigator Genesis  leaving the bay making for Le Havre
Just another quick walk

Oh dear it's two broken branches
Almost saw the sun as I arrived home

  1. Looks cold there. I don't blame Tilly for wanting to take a short cut home!
Hope you are able to sell Oamaru for the price you are asking or more. You certainly made a wonderful holiday destination for the many people who have stayed there and I can understand you needing to take it easy now.
Stay well. Spring is just around the corner:)

    1. Really is very cold here - well it is cold for what we expect in Cornwall. The wind is almost constantly from the N or NW - but any wind feels really cold. The Showers are also constant with rather short gaps. Hopefully going to manage to get a new door step - wooden cill to the kitchen door at Oamaru tomorrow - with the help of Super Dave, just hope it's not too bad up there. Let's hope that February is a kinder month. Sue
