Monday

First thing this morning - there she was HMS Queen Elizabeth - or Big Liz ! I've put the rest of the photos of her in a separate album below this one
One of the Merlins MK2 of 820  NAS embarking onto HMS Queen Elizabeth - taking a turn around the Mount before heading out to sea to land onboard
Walkies up the hill in the sunshine, but with ice on the puddles

Plenty of blue sky still around, but it was bitterly cold - even in the sunshine
I was up at Oamaru and went out of the front door and saw this Common Buzzard - think it is the juvenile
Looking a little bit the worse for wear
An expensive stream of water after 4 hours of pressure washing
Nice sky
James Roberts on Bonnie Grace
Not perfect, but a heck of a lot better and hopefully not slippery any more
I'd forgotten that it looked like that
Sadly lots of dark clouds in the afternoon again
Hurry up !
Yippee !
One old chap and his old dog
A small cliff fall on the Maen-dhu side of the beach
Cliffs are really looking messy

The entrance to the old mine addit is looking much bigger as the roof has fallen in this end
Looking right in - not much water coming down

Handsome boy
Little old lady
Poor Wooster doesn't understand that Tilly can't romp with him any more

Such a pity about all the cloud
Pretty Camellia in the village

    1. Slight skittering of snow here this morning - will probably turn to rain. Just been out to feed the birds and the Robin didn't fly away - almost came right up to me - must be desperate for food. HMS Queen Elizabeth was heading South when I last looked last night. Sue
