Tuesday

Not much sleep for me last night gale force wind and heavy rain slamming onto the window, so I went into the lounge to join the dogs.  Woke up to this noisy sea with some super waves

Spotted Mat & Rachel with their children and Pointers  down on the beach
Another little rainbow
The massive gusts of wind overnight had moved our broken branch
Jim took the dogs up the hill whilst I waited in for the AO.com delivery man/men
Not a bad morning, although it was colder than it looks

Jim decided to try to get a rope on the branch and pull it down - sadly without success - but at least if it falls it will fall onto the garden rather than down onto the footpath

Well ! there it is, the new tumble dryer - hopefully this one won't be one that scares us every time we use it in case it bursts into flames
Afternoon walkies past the lake that is getting bigger and bigger
Most of the surfers had left

We turned around and walked back towards the car park
glancing backwards

We then looped around heading for home

Nice end to the day
