Miserable Sunday

The day couldn't have started much worse for Wooster who almost had to put out a call for an Emergency Walker when Jim woke up and was promptly very sick. No idea why, but since it was raining Wooster decided that he didn't really want to go out anyway.
Fortunately Jim recovered by lunchtime, but it was still very miserable and mizzly
Late afternoon and it cleared up sufficiently for them to head out
These two dogs with owner in a super off-road mobility vehicle
Still rather grey and damp

Sorry that's all for today - can only get better !

  1. Catching up on your blog and all the pictures, so I saw you have a new knee. Congratulations and I hope the new knee is mending well with the physio. You will be off and about on the tricky footpaths soon, I hope. The weather there seems to vary between gorgeous and dour. Same here, I'm afraid. One day it is in the 80s and I'm indoors in the cool, and the next grey and overcast with thick coastal cloud (suits me though). We even heard thunder rumbling last night from a storm over Baja Mexico, but nothing happened after rushing out to retrieve all the garden cushions.

    1. Knee is doing OK thanks - different op to the last one and rather more painful, but will hopefully gradually improve. Lots of the country is getting some nice warm sunshine, it's been trying here today, but you can still see this huge rolls of mist out at sea. Supposed to be having a heatwave - will believe it when I see(feel) it. Sue

    1. Jim is fine now thanks, I'm just searching for the energy to go out for walks as they don't like you doing hilly walks and there's not much else around here other than going out in the car somewhere. Sunshine would probably cheer me up !Sue

    1. Hi, lots of mist floating around and I suspect that Minack to Lands End Airport didn't clear much at all - St Mary's cleared so they flew a few flights to Newquay. Knee not too bad, but very painful after the physio and then my tummy got upset again - not liking all the pain killers, so gave up on the photos last night. Jim is fine fortunately. Sue
