Up early and there was an area of heavy rain approaching
Rain coming across the bay, so Jim had breakfast and Wooster had to wait
This one missed us
Off went Wooster on his last walk by himself
Down the hill and by the time he got home, Maisie had arrived
She really is tiny - I think she's only the same size that Wooster was at around 3/4 months
They had a lovely dash about on the lawn - sadly when she was found on Santorini her tail was gangrenous so had to be removed
So puppyish
Sadly she is rather scared of the TV so decided to lie in the dining room
First time on the balcony
Many thanks to Richard and Carol who brought her all the way from Hampshire and The Pointer Rescue Service for helping her to hopefully a happy life here in Cornwall
We all went out for an early walkies as yet another large area of rain was approaching
Some nice blue sky as we walked down Boat Cove Lane
Maisie is so small Tilly's jumper swamped her so we put Wooster's old tankie on as we were concerned that she would feel the cold or even get wet - I've been out and bought her a coat and ordered an Equafleece
Spectacular clouds to the South
The colours changing as the rain approached
We looped round and back up Boat Cove Lane and just got home before the rain arrived
She looks very sweet. What a happy life she's going to have
ReplyDeleteYes she is, but it's take time for her to get used to her new life.
DeleteHow gorgeous:) Wooster seems to like her. She doesn't know what a great life lies ahead for her.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful clouds and seascapes.
Happy days to you all.
Betty
Hi Betty, She's very cute, but still very unsure of her new surroundings and Wooster doesn't understand why she isn't playing in the house - She's found her "safe place" under the desk by my feet and I've given her a nice bed under there. She's happy to come out for food and I'm sure she will gradually gain confidence - just needs time after all she's been through. The wind is very scary for her and sadly today and tomorrow are really bad.Sue
