Thursday

Miserable day drizzly and still blowing a hooley
Rain blobs on the lens

Pleased to be heading home again
I went down to visit Pets at Home and the on to The Range where I opened the car door carefully - holding it tightly and a massive gust of wind snatched it and it walloped the car next door - which dented like it was made of tin foil - not a mark on Hetty who is made of sterner stuff. Fortunately the owners were very kind and we exchanged details in the howling gale !  Then had to do a full-on emergency stop on the way home when a car pulled across the road right in front of the car ahead of me - decided it was definitely time to come home !
Nick & Jim went out for the afternoon walk - conditions still as bad
Think we're all getting fed up with it now !
Hopefully next week is looking better

  1. Glad you made it home safely! Time for a cup of tea and a piece of cake. Great header photo of Wooster. He looks such a natural part of the landscape. As you say, hopefully next week will be sunnier.

    1. Really hope that they've got the forecast right this time - need a change and to get out in some sunshine.
