Nice fine morning - forecast to be the last of the warmer weather
Last walkies for Craig and Mia who were off home today
Last night Maisie suddenly got brave and went over to Mia to be stroked
Doesn't seem much - but for her it was a big move
Flag flying for St Georges day
We decided to go to Godolphin House to see the Bluebells as the forecast isn't too good after today
Looking good, but the grass is fast growing through them
Jim found an interloper
Wonderful pale greens of Spring
We then walked up Godolphin Hill
Sadly it was rather hazy, but Perranuthnoe is somewhere below here
St Ives in the haze
The Great Work Mine
Maisie is a very good Photographers dog
Lots of these Wood Anemones - some white some with a pale blue or pink hue
After our tea/coffee we went to look over the wall opposite the little cafe as we'd been told they were the best Bluebells - and they were !
Just wonderful - but sadly we needed to peer over the wall - or in my case stand on a tree stump !
Love the Beech leaves
Wonderful old doorway
With a sense of humour !
Beautiful patch of Snakes Head Fritillary
Stunning
Unusual Iris
Lovely old windows in the ruined part with a Wisteria coming into flower
Back to the car and home !
I'll sort through the Easter photos and post them all together

Sorry that Maisie is so hesitant. If I were there I would love to give her lots of love and pats. I am sure that she will become more confident in time. You and Jim are such great doggie parents! Dogs bring such joy to our lives!
ReplyDeleteMaisie had been almost reaching Mia, but for some reason in the house was not quite brave enough - but was happy for her to hold the lead and stroke her when out and about. At least she doesn't just stay under the desk anymore.
