So it crams all the holidaymakers with children into the 5/6 weeks in the Summer - not great for hotels etc. 3 months sounds like a long time - long enough to forget everything you learned in the last year ! I looked at the letting details of the barn online too. People sometimes ask me about places to stay in England, so I will try to send some your way. It is typical that the weather deteriorated as the school holidays start, especially as it is such a short summer holiday compared to three months here.
