Thursday

 Beautiful morning - as forecast
Over the gate as we set off for morning walkies
Got to Boat Cove Lane and saw this super sight - Trinity House vessel Galatea and the Tall Ship Bessie Ellen with lots of sail up
Wonderful sight as she sailed closer to The Mount
Sadly she turned before she got really close was in the shade of a cloud

Quite a lot of cloud around

Sailing down the bay towards Mousehole

Galatea heading out past the old Penlee Quarry
The turf had arrived at The Cabin
Ground had been prepared and off the went
Blackthorn buds are bursting into flower
Afternoon walkies and a lovely Ceanothus
Less cloud and even more sunshine

 Fairly low tide

Fishing right out on the end of Maen-dhu Point
Calm blue bay from Maen-dhu Point
Oh dear ! even more seaweed has arrived

and the tea garden down at The Cabin is just awaiting the tables
Very bright sun again until it sank into this cloud

Wednesday

Fine morning and the clouds didn't seem to be shower clouds for a change
Love these Narcissus growing in an old Cornish Hedge
PZ92 Evening Star quite close to shore this morning
Storm Katie has brought in masses of seaweed

Boat Cove always seems to get most of it !
Evidently this halo is caused by ice crystals in the high cloud
Limp flag above the castle this morning - very little wind for a change
Wooster didn't stand still for long enough to test the wind
A little seaweed washing up on this side of the beach
The National Trust ponies up on Cudden  Point
Ist Tall Ship of the year - the lovely Bessie Ellen on a shimmering sea
The Hawk jets from RNAs Culdrose were active today
Forgot how nasty it is trying to walk from St Piran's Way to the Ednovean footpath - 5 times I had to dodge in between cars Grrr !
Nice sky

Round to Trebarvah and down the hill
Quite a few surfers had arrived during the afternoon

Sun was so bright it was really difficult to get a shot
Next time I looked !
Some lovely pink high clouds
Meanwhile in the pool, I decided to see if the Skutter would work - not been used for 18 months - but off it went happily cleaning all the bits that had dropped off the cover. It's a very clever robot cleaner - sadly it will have to re-learn the shape of the pool
This is one of the original Skutters - maintenance droid on Red Dwarf
