Friday

Really grey morning with rain approaching, so I took the dogs for a quick run up the hill to Trebarvah as I didn't think I'd have time for a longer one

A bit of hedge cutting up at Trebarvah Farm Yard - Thanks Mr Skewes, that's a meal at the Victoria I owe you and the wife !
No idea where the brightness was coming from, but the water looked a lovely shade of turquoise for a short while

Looking right across the bay to Lighthouse Pier, Penzance - 2 hours after high tide and the wind was really pushing the waves up the harbour wall
Just as well Scillonian III is still safely tucked up in the wet dock

SE wind pushing the waves in sideways today
Waves were quite big late this afternoon - just what we didn't want as the tides are still high and the cliffs are  so vulnerable. Sorry no walkies this afternoon - it rained for most of the day and by the time it had stopped I didn't feel like it as my jaw was aching after all the dentistry !
