Thursday

Rather a strange calm grey morning
Jim took the dogs up the hill  - it was looking really grey to the West
One of Wooster's ladyfriends came to visit

Mermaid II off on a fishing trip

Love that sky
A little later and it was blue again
As I was getting into the car I noticed this Gatekeeper butterfly on our Hydrangeas
Flitting about from flower to flower
This afternoon - and it was back to grey skies again
Cauliflower  plants are going in by the thousand around here

Empty beach
Wooster can see it - can you ?
Sun getting low - won't be that long before it's back into view at sunset
I turned around as there was some lovely birdsong and there was this super Linnet (possibly)
So well camouflaged against the Gorse
