Thursday

Quick walkies a little early as we knew it might rain at any time
Rather windy still

Afternoon walkies in similar conditions, we only took Jim's camera as we were sure it was about to rain - sadly after 2 photos it suddenly seized up and refused to work.
Well the wind and rain arrived and it was far worse than expected.
Lots of big gusts in the 50's then 60's then one huge gust of 80mph
At the same time torrential rain was ahmmering on the windows and unfortunately into the lounge under the big patio door as we've now discovered the drainage channels had blocked. The rain slowed a little and we opened the door and cleared them. Just had another whopping gust of 76mph phew
