PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Whimbrel again

Everywhere we go around the village you can here the lovely calls of the Whimbrels. There were some here at Boat Cove & there were upwards of 20 on the recently ploughed fields above our house. Sadly they are both very well camouflaged and very quick to fly away as you approach, so getting a decent photo it quite tricky. I was out on the balcony barbecuing this evening to the magical sound that they make.
