Sunday - Open Gardens, Perranuthnoe
The weather decided not to be as kind this year and the showers promised for around 4pm arrived around 11-15am - but not to be put off there still seemed to be a huge number of visitors, these included, Val from Helston and K & T from Mid Cornwall who are regular visitors to the blog and it was good to meet them. We sadly did not manage to get round to all the gardens this year, but we made sure we got to some of the new ones and one or two favourites from previous years. Charles and Christine from Ednovean Farm had kindly allowed the use of their field for parking this year which eased the pressure on the village lanes and the Food being served in the garden of Churchtown House was really good and the music was very atmospheric.
