We woke up to a hard frost this morning and it has been bitterly cold and grey all day - although my weather forecast on this blog said sun all day !The most exiting thing to happen was the gang of farm workers arrived to plant the expected potatoes in the fields in front of us. Lots of ploughing, riddling, planting, spraying then covering with polythene. If we have a really big wind we might find our house all wrapped up one morning !
I suspect the weather will be similar tomorrow, so nothing to look forward to except another visit to the dentist !
