The new house that being built in a garden above a property that was on the market for £1.5million a couple of years ago. No idea how they got planning permission for that one.

  1. I am surprised the neighbours to that house did not complain, seems they got their view blocked.
Make`s you wonder how they do get planning permission, at £1.5 million could be the money talking??

  2. Sorry I didn't word it well - it's the house below that was 1.5million and now has a large new house right on top of it - the little old fisherman's cottages above have lost their view - the land was one of their gardens, and there had been attempts to get permission to build for many years and suddenly someone with enough "clout" managed it.
