PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Looking at the Eastern end of Marazion, work has re-commenced on St Michael's Reach which was put on hold for well over a year due to the economic situation.  Don't think they should ever have been given planning permission to stick four "town Houses" with private access to the beach right in the middle of so many of the lovely older cottages. Still if you're interested they're priced "off plan" at around £699,000 or £625.000 for the smaller ones
