Looking back to the village from the beach. The house on the top left of the photo has just gone on the market for £700,000 and there's a planning application for the redevelopment of a bungalow close by to build a Huf Haus (for those who don't watch the property programs these are prefabricated and brought on site in huge sections - not sure how they'll get through the village with that lot !

  1. Oh Sue, you brought back a memory with this, I was the cameraman on Grand Designs with Kevin McLoud when someone was having a Huf Haus constructed.

  2. Heiko, I remember one with a house in amongst some lovely trees, don't remember where it was. Strangely enough there was an article in the Mail on Sunday about them - not sure how the Planners will take it, although the village has a vast mix of styles it might be one step too far ! Sue
