PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Perranuthnoe Church in a snow storm this morning
We had woken up to see that snow had arrived across Mounts Bay, but we had only been getting a very fine skittering, so I decided to head for Lidl, but just before I left this heavy shower arrived and I nearly chickened out.  I decided to go and was surprised to find that as I headed towards Marazion the temperature was a little warmer as the road was very wet rather than frozen. As I got towards Newlyn it was really snowing heavily, but it stopped whilst I was shopping and the return trip was uneventful - although in these conditions I'm always thankful for the big tyres on my Honda, she may not be a proper 4x4 but she really clings to the road well!
