Just to cheer us all up on another dreary Winters day

Bar Point, St Mary's June 2003
Whilst clearing and sorting through loads of boxes a few weeks ago I found our very first Digital Camera. Whilst working for Jessops, Jim had visited the Fuji Factory in Japan and been shown their latest digital camera and he came home determined to buy one as soon as they arrived in UK. He bought it and took an instant dislike to it as compared to film cameras it felt very slow - so I tried it and liked it and I found a number of shots on the old SD card that was still in the camera.
Since yet again the weather is grey and wet I thought I'd cheer up the blog with a couple of photos from 2003 - our "Annus Horribilis" - the year when Jim retired and we both ended up in hospital !
Considering how far digital photography has come since these were taken the quality is not bad !

Hope little Wooster is now settled into his new home and gets on with his new brother and sister.

  2. Hi, Wooster and Tilly are getting on fine now and playing with toys etc. The main problem is to stop Wooster bothering Charlie as he thinks he should want to play as well ! Hope we get a few good days soon as the pup is officially out and about tomorrow and the forecast is for one good day then cold again - getting really fed up with all the rain as all the footpaths are total mud !
