Foraging, Talk - Walk and lunch

Jim went off this morning on a Foraging talk and walk given by Emma Ball a Plant Specialist who works at the Eden Project.  Here they are heading off around Perranuthnoe to see what they can find.
Jim's account of the morning !
"The first two tasted like grass - it seemed to confirm that my taste buds were shot - but then it all changed. Three Cornered Leek (garlic family), followed by leaves tasting of mustard and then peppery Alexander seeds ... Wow !  The lunch was just superb especially the Nettle Soup and Ramsons Garlic Bread.  Taste buds revived and well - Thanks Emma ! "
