Just to convince any doubters, I took this from Trebarvah this morning with the sun behind me and therefore Wolf Rock is even more visible - I've left it rather blue in order for the lighthouse to show up well. Just passing Lamorna is a large group of yachts just out of the Wet Dock in Penzance and heading West.

I am so sorry, I didn't mean to doubt you the other day, I was just so amazed that it could be possible.
ReplyDeleteThat's OK, believe me, we were amazed when we first spotted it - think we always carried binoculars then and we spotted SCIII coming into The Bay and were surprised to see Wolf Rock behind her. I know from how far we see by how far out some of the ships are on the AIS and yet we can see them clearly. Sue
