Quite surprised to see how clear it was this evening -
Wolf Rock was showing well from Trebarvah

  1. Hello, I don't want to query what you say - but do you really think it would show that high, as Wolf Rock must be almost 45 miles away from Perranuthnoe. Could it be something else?

  2. No I can assure you it is Wolf Rock - I've seen it many times from up at Trebarvah and further East - we are 62 metres above sea level there - you gain a lot more distance from that height. It does have to be exceptionally clear to see it. Can't see it from Perranuthnoe as the headland near Lamorna blocks it, but walk up the hill and turn near the Barns and there it is. I've got a 24x zoom and then it is cropped in, but not interfered with in any other way ! Sue

  3. Meant to say that if you put "Wolf Rock" into the search box in the top left hand corner of the blog & click to search then you will see other photos of Wolk Rock that I've taken from along the coast East of us. Sue
