Goodbye Lady Norma (ex. Sea King)

For more years than I care to remember this vessel then known as Sea King was alongside Lighthouse Pier as we walked out towards Scillonian III at the start of our holiday. This 58metre long ex. trawler sat firstly in the Wet Dock and then latterly outside, up against the harbour wall whilst being "detained" by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency as her papers were not in order. She recently had a short spell in dry dock and I assume has now been passed as seaworthy etc.
She passed in front of us this morning, heading for Falmouth.  She's registered in Kiribati - just had to look that up on Google Earth and it's a tiny Island right in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
