Well, I'm back - lots of bruises in strange places and a half knee replacement (known as a uni-knee)
We drove back from Truro in glorious sunshine and whilst Jim was out with the dogs I took this photo. As the days shorten the sun sets a little further along the coastline on the other side of Mount's Bay and tonight it's setting behind Mousehole.

Dear Sue,
ReplyDeletewe wish you a speedy recovery, hope to see you going uphill with new strength with the dogs next summer again.
All the best from Bochum

Hi Sue hope you make a speedy recovery I see Jim is keeping up the good work,
ReplyDeleteThanks to everyone for your kind wishes - having a uni-knee fitted is a much less stressful operation than a full knee replacement and I'm suprised at how little pain I'm getting - perhaps that's to come later ! The main thing is to try not to tread on Wooster's toys - his Kong is a particular tricky one as he drops it in front of you ! Sue
