PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Jim drove me up to Truro to day for some torture - sorry Physio - doing a spot of shopping at the same time. Before we left I took these photos of the big waves rolling in with the very strong Easterly wind blowing the tops of them- unfortunately the light wasn't too good at the time and as we drove up the A30 it got more and more grey. Fortunately as we drove back towards home we drove into sunshine and it was quite a fine afternoon.
