A rather damp New Years Eve !

When we awoke this morning, it was obvious that Jim had caught "the cold", so since my New Years Resolution was going to be to start dog walking, I decided that I'd make an early start and take them out this morning. So, after quite a break, it was, walking boots on, shoulder bag with cough sweets, paper hankies and goodies, new super dooper walking pole, and dog leads and off I went - have you noticed what's missing ?   Yes b?!~*y camera !   I have to say it wasn't looking as though there would be any photo opportunities as I climbed the hill towards Ednovean and crossed to Trebarvah, but when I got to my favourite spot, the view was really super - turquoise sea, with mist on the top of the Penwith Moors on the far side of the bay. I walked as quickly as I could down the hill and Jim brought my camera downstairs and I was just setting out to walk back up the hill, when I realised that the mist and drizzle (mizzle) had rolled all the way over Mount's Bay and almost everything had disappeared !

Timing as they say, is everything !

The machines have gone for now, I assume they'll be back soon !
