Yet another wet & very windy day!

Well ! compared to Scotland we got away with it rather lightly !
Hope you're OK up there in windy Livingston, Susan !
Just a couple of lousy shots taken through the glass as today was not a day for opening the patio doors.
Lands End Weather showed lots of gusts of over 50mph with several 55mph and the rain this afternoon was really heavy, but stopped for a short while so Jim took the dogs to the woods, unfortunately it started again whilst they were out, so once again a very soggy threesome arrived home.

  1. Hello Sue,

We're fine - just! We got sent home early(ish) from Fettes and were lucky with the roads. At one point traffic had said M8 was closed. Still a wee bit wet and wild up here. Bring on the snow tomorrow!

It looks very tame at Cudden Point, in comparison to what they got in the West today. I hope you get a drier day tomorrow.

    Susan

  2. Hi Susan, pleased you are OK - the sea is quite deceptive - only got up to 11ft out at Sevenstones - but if you look at the Palm Trees, you can see the strength of the wind - the glas in the big patio doors was bending in the big gusts this afternoon, but nothing compared to further North ! See we've got 60mph gusts forecast for next week ! Sue
