PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Wow !   the owners Billy & Jenny told Jim that they always think of this as the front of the house - much like we do with ours as the sea view is there ! The super balcony is accessed from both the upstairs rooms with views right over towards Hayle Towans and down into Mount's Bay and the Lizard is seen from the front window.  When you couple the views with the amazing energy saving method of construction it's seems like a real winner to me !
