PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

A trip to Falmouth to see Mirabella V

I don't very often shoot a vertical shot, but the 292ft mast meant that this one just had to be -
The Mirabella V  (Now known as M5) is a slooop-rigged superyacht launched in 2003the largest single masted yacht ever built. She cost around $50 million when she was built at Vosper Thorneycroft in Hampshire.
I spotted on the AIS that she was in Falmouth yesterday alongside one of the pontoons, unfortunately they moved her this morning and so she has the huge RFA Cardigan Bay behind her so at 71 metres long she's bigger than she looks here !
She has been brought to the Pendennis Shipyard ahead of her substantial 1 year refit by Pendennis Plus in Falmouth. Works will include a major technical and engineering overhaul and full interior redesign by Redman Whiteley Dixon.
