PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

I was thinking how sad it was to see how the winter winds had stripped all the green off these Tamarisk bushes..... when.....
A little further along the hedge in a much more sheltered spot I found this one looking stunning - no little bits of green but lots of flowers. These are a much later planting by Jimmy & Caroline rather than the hedges all along the coast around Perranuthnoe and the flowering is much  more profuse & a darker pink
