Quite a few people out on the grass outside the castle on St Michael's Mount

  1. I understand that there is an underground tramway from Marazion to the mount. Have you any idea where the tunnel entrance is in Marazion? Also I have a very old photo of what I think is the post office in Perranuthnoe. Could you post a photo of the building in 2012. It's not the old shop down by the beach. I think it's opposite the Victoria. Many thanks. Love your pics as I spent every summer in Perran as a child & have many happy memories.

    1. I would assume that the underground tramway entrance might be in the grounds of the At Aubyns Estate Office which is on the other side of the road from The Causeway. I know that all the Scaffolding that was needed in the last few years went that way. If you go to http://maps.google.co.uk/ and type in Perranuthnoe you can zoom right in until Google Streetview appears - almost opposite the Victoria there are a pair of houses which might have been the Post Office at some time.
