PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

I wanted to get some photos of the seaward side of Lighthouse Pier and I wanted to walk further round on the path  just above Battery Rocks, but I'd have needed a safety rope as there isn't any railings further round.

    We were hoping for seas like this while we were there..no such luck, we have missed three things since we have been home...great shot...sue

      Wild seas are great to look at, especially if the sun is out -we've been lucky enough to see this several times.
      I was very lucky that it didn't rain on me whilst I was in town - it has been a really nasty day, with torrential rain at times as well as the wind and more wind tomorrow !
      I had a very dear friend in Leicestershire who always complained if she didn't get wild seas when she went to our cottage and I always think of her on a day like today. Sue
