PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Penlee Lifeboat the Ivan Ellen - latest callout

 Spotted a white streak with an orange top zooming out of Mount's Bay, it was of course the Penlee Lifeboat the Ivan Ellen. I looked on the Ship Plotter and saw that the environmental research vessel  Discovery was heading towards the bay listing Penzance as her destination.
Newlyn Lifeboat website has now stated that they met Discovery 9 miles out and did indeed evacuate a person that was unwell and needed hospital treatment.

They were met by an ambulance in Newlyn where the person was then taken to Treliske
