After several laps (I think) they sailed off to the East towards a mark approaching Gull Rock and then came back towards us.
Whilst the boats were out of sight we took the opportunity to take the dogs for a walk along the coastal footpath - I turned round and took this with just the top of St Anthony Lighthouse visible and Pendennis Point, where we have watched many events over the years with Pendennis Castle at the top. Unfortunately as the boats eventually came closer clouds covered the blue sky and the wind got very chilly.
White hulled Adela heading for the finish - with Athos still going the other way to the last Easterly mark to turn and head for the finish
Nice shaft of sunlight on Athos as she passed us for the last time
We then decided that it was just too cold out there on the point, so we set off back along the tortuous route towards the King Harry Ferry
