A calm still and a little grey start to the day, but it did both brighten and warm up for most of the day before the thicker clouds arrived
Spotted the lovely old Bessie Ellen (1904) heading out across Mount's Bay heading for Falmouth having been sailing up near Oban for a couple of weeks. She was a hard working West Country Trading Ketch for many years, but is now a sail for pleasure vessel for those who love a genuine old wooden boat.
