Sunday 29 July 2012

Woke up this morning to black clouds and a heavy shower, it seemed to clear, but Jim had not gone far with the dogs when down it came again and he returned home - Wooster and Tilly were not impressed !
The sun returned, but with clouds as well and we got a bit engrossed in the double hit of a Grand Prix and Olympics (am I allowed to put that without paying money ! !)
I did have a swim today - the first for quite a while as I refuse to use the heater after holidays, but the cold weather had sent the water temperature well down.  Even though I've been opening the windows during the day, the water is now almost too hot at 94f - 34c phew !

  1. 94o !!!!! Sounds like here, been that and higher all summer, in the mid 80's today and the next three days, still hot, and humid. The first time we were in Cornwall years ago, it was in the 90's, so hot...SueK
